All products will be sent out with in 15 working days of the order being placed.
All products will be shipped using courier post.
We do not allow pick ups.
We do not offer change of mind returns.
If the product is faulty we will assess the item and offer to repair, replace or refund. (meaning we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.)
We will replace your garment within 12 months of purchase if it has been damaged due to faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing. Please return your garment as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and send you a replacement. Damage that occurs after a year is usually caused by wear and tear.
